upgrade from Xpress DV 3.0

Does anyone know if there is a direct upgrade from
Avid Xpress DV 3.0 to Media Composer?
Or do I have to upgrade to Xpress Pro first,
then to Media Composer?

I searched the Avid site and it says you have to do two upgrades
to get to MC. But I'm wondering if that's changed and they just haven't updated their site yet.
