sequence nesting? - MC mac

Hi all,
was wondering if avid MC has sequence nesting like fcp.
In fcp, I edit sequence 1, drag and drop it like a clip into sequence 2.
Then later if i want to make any changes to sequence 1, I make them in the sequence 1 tab, render and the changes automatically update in sequence 2.
Can I work like this in avid MC? If not exactly, what would the next best thing be; mix down sequence 1, load mixdown into source and overwrite into sequence 2. Then repeat whenever I make changes to sequence 1? or just go back to editing in FCP (which I really don't want to do)?
any suggestions would be much appreciated.
thanks,
jayson
