That's quite bizzare, for a short bit he's got a hummingbird wings thing goin' on with his shaking.
All I can say is that "millions+" is for using an alpha channel, which if you aren't using one, it's pretty much a waste & may even make the given file larger than it needs to be (I could be wrong about the size thing though).
