frame rate conversion offline to online

Okay so I searched in the archive, but apparently nobody has admitted to this problem(why me Lord!!!)

Here's the quick & dirty.

We got into a freebie...the producer shot on DVCPro HD, we did downconverts from 59.94 to DV 29.97. He cuts his offline and now do to schedules we are going to attempt to bring it back to 59.94 in an Adrenaline for our online. We tried a couple of EDL converts from EDL manager(no luck on conversion)..and his OMF gave us wierd source timecodes(none existent ones) what am I missing..I obviously need to be schooled.

Any info much appreciated.
