Hi Dyln,

first of all thank u.
what i did if i used movement i used the pan & zoom plug in, but when i needed a fix frame i used the crop with 1600 px X 900 px then i imported the PSD to avid Maintain and Resize.
for most of the images it worked fine i think, and for the one which the hight was to large for 900 px i scaled it a bit more and left the sides with black(maskes).

anyhow im going to test youre way(1024x576 / 601 size image) and see what i can come up with.
