MC 2.8 on PC - During Output Exception crashes output

MC 2.8 on PC giving some wacky errors...especially on output. System crashed...reset Timecode from 1:05:00:00 to 00:55:59:00
during a digi output.

restarted the project and everything went fine...corrupt settings? any suggestions?
