LOAD FILLER SHORTCUT

Hello,

I'm using Media Composer 2.8 on Mac. Is there a way to make a shortcut or button to Load Filler, and even possibly insert it into the timeline at current position? The reason I ask is that I am used to select/move all tracks forward on Final Cut Pro, it's very handy, and I'd like to find a way to do something similar on Avid.
