Can't export a sequence

Hi Guys,
I have Xpress Pro 4.4.1 on an AMD Athlon 1.15G running XP2002 Home with SP2. I know it's not a certified setup, but it works. In the past I was able to export as sequence as an AVI but for some reason it won't do it anymore. It gives me the error message "Unable to export the bin". So now I'm trying MOV and it's plethora of settings. It will export but it has garble audio and sometimes the video won't play smoothly. Does anyone have a recommendation for a successful export? I want to then upload these files to my website.
Thank you!
