FCP user having hardtime batch capture
by

i am a FCP editor and currently working on AVID symphony Nitrius system.
I have a sequence that has mix of low res HD and uncompressed HD media.
From the monitor I am using, I can't tell if it is low res or uncompressed.
I am finishing up the project and need to batch capture the ones that are low res.
What is the easiest way to capture only low res?
Is there any command that lists the clips on the sequence with resolution information?
