Have you tried some of the effect suites from Digital Film Tools? 55mm and Digital Film Lab are 2 that I'd check out first. http://www.digitalfilmtools.com

Or how about Magic Bullet Editors AVX or the full-blown Magic Bullet Suite for After Effects? http://www.redgiantsoftware

Also check out Boris Continuum Complete, which has some film-effect/film-look plugins included. http://www.borisfx.com
