I thought you said you had Automatic Duck and needed to know what settings to use? In that case, you need to post on the Duck forum and let Wes help you.

FCP does not import OMFs. And as far as I know, you use Automatic Duck to convert the timeline information ONLY. You'll need to recapture the video and audio in FCP, as the formats are completely different, and any conversion will cause a loss of quality.
