I have a 7 minute video http://www.scottfdennis.com/sagrada%20familia.mov that takes forwever to upload. I compressed it in Compressor. I also have Sorenson. Is their a compression/codec I should use? I am very new to video editing and just don't understand how to "stream Video" or properly compress. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
