Can I ask where the hotel is? During a convention that is a very good rate and there may be a reason. I don't think Motel 6 gets that low.

The reason I ask, is I think almost without exception, the hotels on Las Vegas Boulevard between the strip and downtown would go for that rate but they should pay you to stay there.

That said, downtown the Gold Spike and El Cortez and maybe others probably have under $50 rooms still and aren't that bad. I've stayed in a top floor suite at the Gold Spike during NAB and it was perfectly acceptable (and I think under $40!).
