I'm having the same problem. I've double checked the installation of the font. It's Helvetica Neue in Postscript. I have all of the outlines and they work fine in Illustrator.

I am running OS 10.4.11
After Effects 7
3D Invigorator 4.5.0 PRO

Any ideas
