Rotating Volleyball from Invigomany

I am trying to get a volleyball to rotate (for a lower third animation)like the earth does in invigorator 4+.I want in to rotate like 10 times during 20 seconds. I am using After Effect CS3 as well. I thought I knew what I was doing but could use some help. I also bought the new Zaxwerks Invigorator Training. Haven't been through all of it yet.
