No camera control with Invig. Pro 4.0.1 in AE7

No camera control with Invig. Pro 4.0.1 in AE7

I'm running 3D Invigorator AE Pro 4.0.1 in After Effects 7 and I have no interactive control of the camera in the scene preview window in the effects palette.
I'm in camera mode, but none of the manipulator tools work.

The only way I can animate, is by twirling down the camera parameters section and working numerically.

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

I've reinstalled the plugin several times, but to no avail.
Please help.
