Media 100 Suite wont play SD clips

I have been using Media 100 Suite 2.0.1 on a mac for about 18 months. I have created new HD programs, as well as revising old SD programs, originally created on Media 100 i.

Up until a few weeks ago, everything worked fine. Then one day, I needed to modify an SD project, that I had last update a few months ago. The project was originally created in Media 100 i, but had been opened in Media 100 Suite 2.0.1, and saved.

Every SD clip and/or program says "Could not play because of a bad video frame". It is as if, the Media 100 NTSC-720 codec is missing. Any ideas on how to fix this? I uninstalled Media 100 and reinstalled, but the problem remains. Is this a Quicktime issue? I am not sure where to look for missing or broken files.
