Cant open Media 100 lots of error messages

Gerry CondezCant open Media 100 lots of error messages

Need help. 1st time to see these messages. What to do? Media 100 version 2.1 OS 10.7.4
Also, most of the clip in the bin turned pink. This happened while I was playing video and it stopped.
Cant open media 100 now and showing the same errors even after restart. All fresh installed.
Clips coming from AVCHD through clipwrap.
