Was able to do from 7+GB to 980 MB just making it 1280x720 but with same settings as the 1920x1080, only the size I changed. It seems fine for internet. Upon uploading files, got message that audio bit rate is too high set to lower for faster uploading. Its fine anyway.

Found this too after uploading, might help. http://vimeo.com/help/compression
