Larry EveyPage turn custom menu not working properly

Will someone check to see if your "Page Turn" effect custom menu is working. I cannot change the attributes with the sliders only by key entering a number in the field. I also cannot change the pull down menu of the page background element. I think this may be a bug in the 2.1 software?????
