The "bad video frame" means that the system tries to decode a file, but it gets not what it expects. So most likely it imported the files with a codec that is not supported in Media 100. AVC-Intra is right now not a codec that can be played back natively; only with a conversion e.g. via the MXF plugin from "Calibrated".
When you put the bin in list view, what codecs, framerates and resolutions are displayed for the files?
