M100HD - which codec is best for 1080i - 720/486??

Hi Everyone, I've done it before with no problems but alas..I didn't write it down!! I believe I used dvcpro 50 with no issues but now
i am getting bad downconverts from HD - SD.
(drag and drop1080i HD media to new sd timeline)
Which codec does this best?
(from m100 choices in the codecs menu) - 720x486i - is what I want as a final qt.

M100i

proRezHQ
Motion JpegB
uncomp 8
Uncomp10
