I have 2 systems that are doing the exact same thing.
With a clean install on a fresh drive of 10.4.5 and QT 7.0.4 pro and 8.2.3, I am not
getting the preview in AE 6.5 or 7.0. Same error "Could not open video component"
Works fine in 8.2.2.

I tried installing the M100 codecs, no luck either, it appears that the software
codec is automatically installed with a fresh 8.2.3 install.

A problem I also have, if you could try in M100, (export from edit suite) ipod 320x240
I get a parameter error on all timelines.

Systems- dual mirror door and G5 2.7 dual with expansion, P6000's
