Studio/Office Space Available WASHINGTON, DC Area

Hey All-

I thought we'd try this one last time. We are looking to add another video professional to our space in Alexandria, VA. We are looking to sublet out edit suite/office space at our facility in Old Town.

For those of you familiar with the area, it's an awesome location with signage available right on King Street.

This is the perfect space for a freelancer or a small shop looking to get a brick and mortar presence. We are a full service video production company and would love to hook up with someone else in the local market. We turn out a lot of work, so if we had another editor or *graphic artist* in house we would definitely shoot projects your direction. (We are a FCP shop and shoot mainly P2)
