Howard,
It's funny, I was wondering the same thing when I last re-posted the ad. I certainly didn't intend for it to be annoying, which I guess it was for you, but I was following the well known search engine marketing philosophy that if your website does not show on the first page of a search engine, most people will never go to the 2nd page (let alone beyond) to see it. So therefore, I like to keep my ad near the top of the page.

What do you think would be a reasonable interval to post the ad?
