Yes, Titler Pro will work with CS6. If you install the Windows version you can install for both versions of Vegas as well as Premiere and any other supported NLE. If you are using the version that came bundled with Vegas Pro 11, you would need to install the Windows version to support all three (but the current Windows version has an issue with Vegas - start a help ticket and I can help you around that). The other issue is that you would need to purchase Titler Pro to remove any watermarks in Vegas Pro 10 and Premiere.
