As written, I haven't used FCP for quite a while now, but the "normal" settings should be:
Sequence preset: 1440 x 1080 / upper field first / PAR HD anamorphic 1,3333 / audio: 48kHz 16bit Stereo
With the other two, im not 100% sure, what FCP wants. I guess it's:
Capture preset: "HDV"
Device control: iLink, IEEE1394 or FireWire (different names for the same thing)
But maybe there's an FCP user who can give better advice...
