Sony Z1U

I need some help. We noticed with our field monitor and later in the edit that our LCD screen as well as the view finder is not showing the complete image.

Is there a Sony person I can talk to that can help me work through some menu items that can change what I see?

Or does anyone out there see the same problem and are either living with it or know how to change the LCD or View finder so that you can see the whole image. Eventually this problem is going to bite me in an edit so I need to get this resolved.
