Russ Spencerwide angle for Z1U

I'm looking for a wide angle converter for my Z1U. 16x9 was recommended but on B&H website, a reviewer reported degredation image at borders.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a wide angle converter for this camera that will be bullet proof, with no degredation?
