I manage 6 HS Studio programs for my district I am very interested in the Panasonic AG-HMC 70. it has not been released yet, but soon. It is a shoulder mount and records to SD cards. A 16 gig card is good for 160 minutes at the highest quality 13MBS They have it on the web site now so you can see it. preice around 2K. it is AVCHD format, an MPEG4 flavor developed by sony and panasonic. 3 chips and xlr inputs all on a SD card. I hope it makes a good picture because it looks great on paper. Should release around NAB. We mostly use GL2 and XL2 at the high schools for higher end cameras.
