The board with the switch you need to through is located on the viewfinder side of the camera. It is the second board in, which will require the first board carefully removing. The board you need is labled ES26/26P and the switch is number 401. The default switch position is set to 'Norm' and it needs moving to the CCZ position.

It's quite easy to do as long as you feel confident. As Walter mentions, the reason for the switch is to save power by shutting down the ES26 board when it's not required. Also mentioned is the fact that only the camera output appears as YUV on the 26-pin connector.
