Speedgrade CS6 Trial crashing on render

Hello,
I'm testing Speedgrade CS6 and I cannot render in any format.
After few seconds I hit render button the software crash...
This happens with QT files sources and also from DPX sequence from Premiere.
Plus sometimes during scanning process of a folder containing QT files (DNxHD codec) I have a "Speedgrade child process" error ( the QuickTimeOoP.exe process crash ).

I'm on Windows 7 SP1
16GB Ram i7 2600k
nVidia GeForce GTX 470 with 296.10 drivers
QT 7.6.6 as by system requirements (tried also with 7.7 with same results)

Any suggestion?
