I supposed you could export an XML, open it in FCP7, export an XML again and then use the 7toX app to convert it to X's format. Or you might try the 7toX app directly on the Premiere export. But I'd doubt that would work. I'd suggest just recreating the project from the ground up- as the interface is significantly different. Square peg vs. round hole...
