There's no screen grab attached, but if you select the clip in the Event Browser, and from the Modify menu choose "Adjust Content Created Date and Time".

It's probably off in the first place as perhaps the camera you were using had it's internal clock set to 1970.

It's OK, it happens to the best of us. My internal clock gets reset to the 1990s on occasion.
