David BurchRe: FCPX: new features I want

I have a couple things of my own I would like to see.

1. Batch export from FCP. Yes, I know you can send multiple files to Compressor, but two different releases of FCPX have caused issues with Compressor for me so far (fixed now, fortunately). At the very least I would like to be able to select multiple timelines and send them all to Compressor as a single batch. This would save me a ton of time, as I'm usually working on multiple projects at once.

2. Either the ability to embed markers as chapters marks (like FCP7 could do) or the option to export a list of markers, along with timecode, as a .txt file. Right now, the best solution I've found for putting in chapters in a DVD is to mark the timecode locations on the timeline, manually copy all of the names and timecodes to a piece of paper or text editing program, and then re-enter these names and timecodes into my DVD authoring software. It would at least save me a big step if I could export a list of markers.

3. The ability to toggle off the feature that automatically adds a crossfade to audio when using cmd+T. At least 90% of the time I don't want the program to do this, as I'm either manually adjusting the audio crossover or I want the audio to continue seamlessly as though no transition were made.

4. The ability to copy and paste specific filters and effects instead of everything all at once

5. The ability to export only specific segments of a timeline instead of just the whole thing. At the very least, when you open a clip in its own timeline, let me export that new timeline by itself and not the parent timeline it came from

6. The ability to save a compound clip created on the timeline in the event, so that it can be used again when needed

7. The ability to replace media and/or add to an audition using something that's already on the timeline and not just in the event. Number 6 would create a workaround for this.

8. The ability to detach audio from a multicam clip. I understand why it doesn't do this, but it would be nice if I could at least duplicate the audio and work with that.

9. Along the same lines, the ability to use audio from multiple angles of a multicam clip at once. Again, I understand the reasoning for not allowing this, and I know I can work around it by selecting different angles and expanding the audio out to the duration of the clip, but this is a bit cumbersome. I may need to use, for instance, ambience on one of my cameras together with dialogue or music from another, and I might need it for the duration of a 2 hour multicam project.

I'm sure I could think of more, but if all of these issues were addressed, or at least the first 7, I would be a very happy camper.
