7toX Sync Problems

Anyone have issues with syncing problems using 7toX? I took my FCP 7 sequences which I used to sync up separate audio to my video using markers where the clapper fell and the sound of it lined up.

I got all of the audio in sync, linked each clip's audio and video in the sequence, then exported the entire project as XML. When using 7 to X on it, all of the compound clips that represented my syncing sequences were out of sync. I was really looking forward to cutting this project in X, but am not going to redo the syncing prices in X.

Any ideas?
