Invisible Cue Points

Hi,

I'm creating my first Director movie. I need to play an entire video, then jump to a nav menu later in the timeline. Problem is I can't get Director to see my cue point in the video. I'm using a swf (which has a flv inside it that was encoded and given a cue point using Flash Encoder)...I'm sure there is a simple answer.
