Dynamically generated variables

Hi guys,
Long time no see. Do any of you know if you can dynamically generate a variable name? For instance, insted of manually typing...
foo2 = 5
foo5 = 9
foo13 = 34
you would have something like...
global sendFooNum, sendFooVar
. . .
foo&sendFooNum = sendFooVar --I know this doesn't work; just an idea of what I'm trying to do.
Something kind of like the eval() function in JavaScript. Or maybe evalScript() combined with the string() functions?
Any ideas?
MX2004 if that helps.
