It's a neat idea. I just have to do the calculations to see if it's beneficial for me. I typically skip a major update, and leapfrog to the next. (of course there's usually a little higher upgrade cost) If I can get every update for the same or less than I'm spending now, that would be great.

Kinda worrisome though, the fact that if I never give Adobe any more money, I still have use of CS4.

I'll be interested to see how many people go for the new scheme.
