they are not, and they do not. :)

you're using favourites. you do not have independently persistent in out points.

if you set an in and an out point, click off the clip and come back you will see this.

If you set an in and an out point, decide to make a favourite because you really like the range, you are doing something different.

Honestly jeremy - take a census - put this to anyone else on the thread or the forum - anyone at all. find anyone to agree with your contention that packaging an in out range off to favourites is the same as independently persistent in out ranges: you will find absolutely no one.

You are completely and end of the universe totally incorrect in your basic argument!!!
