Yes, although the Symphony bundle also includes BCC8 filters, while the MC bundled doesn't. However, the color correction is more than just secondary. With Symphony, you get "source side relational" correction (by reel, tape, clip, etc.); track and segment correction; additional tools - luma ranges, channels.
