Hey Andy!
I broke my project into 10-minute chunks to no avail. Then tried 8-min chunks with no luck either. To make my deadline I had to finally give up and mix in FCP.
Believe me, I did everything I know from a technical standpoint, including a reinstall from the ground up and switching between three different sets of Matrox drivers. Finally just gave up.
