Commotion Mac -> PC?

I bought Commotion Pro 4.0 on e-bay, but... Mac version :( Nver registered etc.
But officially I can't register, I can't download upgrades to 4.1.
It is funny, but I can't ask Pinnalce/Avid for this question because I'm out of supported products...
Do you have any ideas:
- when I can download 4.1 upgrade for Mac and Windows?
- can I upgrade Mac 4.0 version to Windows 4.1?
