Black around Mattes

Black around Mattes

I use Commotion mainly for paint, roto & keying. Whenever I bring the mattes I've rendered in Commotion to After Effects for compositing, there is a black line around them. Its just a few pixels and I can usually remedy the situation with a matte choke but, what can I do to avoid this?
