Commotion Pro on XP Pro

Is the possible to run Commotion Pro on Windows XP Pro SP2 w/ the current quicktime? I just did a fresh install, and it crashes on startup.

P4 3.2Ghz / 800FSB
GeForce 6800 PCIE / 256MB
2GB RAM
Sound Blaster Audigy 2ZS
Pinnacle Liquid 6.1
