Best Mac Mini for Video Playback?

Im planning to use a mac mini for a video playback application.

I have some very large HD files that will loop continuously for a period of many months. The files are configured at 2560 x 720 and will be sent to a Matrox dual head to go card, driving two 54" HD video monitors. They will be running in a Quicktime player window at full frame.


What would be the best way to configure the mini? Its going to be used exclusively for this kind of purpose.

How are processor speed, RAM, Graphics card, and drive speed, factors in this kind of application?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
