Sorenson 6 creating single MPEG file Encore can't read

Hi All,

My old Sorenson used to create an mpv and mpa file when compressing QT files to MPEG 2 - Adobe Encore could then read these files when importing as Timeline and then creating the resulting DVD.

Now Sorenson 6 creates a single MPEG file, audio and vision combined and Encore will import it but not play it or create a DVD from it, throwing up the error below:

encore internal software error:...\M2V Frame Encoder.cpp, line 153

Am I missing something here?
