Client wants turnkey solution... Any thoughts

Hello,

I have a client who is asking for an installation that would allow him to film himself on demand anytime and upload the finished 1 or 2 minute video with generic beginning (he chooses one of three) and ending to his site within an hour. No adjusting, tweaking or fussing required on his part... He is a financial guru that wants to communicate with his high-end clients "in person" about current geo-political issues that may affect various investments on a daily basis. I know how to set-up lights and camera but how to make it simple for him once the video is captured? Is there a system that already exists? Seems like something many business people are going to want in the future...and they want it to look pro...
