PAR is important and can stretch your image slightly even if your DAR is correct, because the playback device (like an air server) will change the pixels to what it expects, in this case 1:1.0925 vs true 1:1 you provided, that .0925 difference is the stretching they are seeing,if as you said it is just a slight distortion.
Compressor has a SD 8-bit uncompressed PAL preset with the PAR set to .9375 "PAL CCIR 601" and a DAR of 720x576. So try exporting using compressor and this setting.
