Chad, no worries ... some of the wording just sounded like the things I say to people upset because they can't shoot broadcast with the "HD" camera in their new cell phone.

I guess I get defensive at any hint of being put in that category after having spent large chunks of my employer's and my own money to stay in the game ... and having spent my share of time lugging 1" and 2" reels around.

I guess my frustration is that, although I'm sure it's minor relative yours, we too have invested heavily in our facilities so it's just annoying that every month there seems to be something else we have to buy just to keep doing the same things we've been doing for decades ... yes, $1000 is more than reasonable, but ever try telling that to a bean counter who believes that YouTube is HD!?

I'll check out your company's website, but for reasons too many and too complicated to get into here, it's just not practical to outsource delivery in our situation. I guess I'll be adding another $1000 to this year's already $5000 software upgrades budget ... still gotta make the stuff before we can worry about delivering it.
